• How long does setup really take?+

  Ten minutes if your photos are ready. You answer a handful of questions in onboarding, Claude drafts your copy in a British tradesman voice, you tweak it, and you go live. No designers, no agencies, no four-week wait.
• What if I already have a domain?+

  Bring it. Any plan. We give you a couple of DNS records to add; once Cloudflare sees them it serves your site over HTTPS. You stay the registrant — we never become the owner of your domain.
• Can I cancel any time?+

  Yes, via the Stripe billing portal in your admin. If we registered a .co.uk for you we run a short transfer-out process so you keep the domain. The full terms are in our T&Cs.
• Will my site look like every other Sitelad site?+

  Same template, themed by your colours, logo, and copy. It looks like a trade site, not a marketing agency mock-up. The people who visit your site care that the phone number works and the photos are real — not that the hero animation is bespoke.
• Do you write the copy?+

  We can — but it’s a starting point, not the final article. An AI model drafts your site copy in a British tradesman voice from the inputs you give us (trade, areas, USPs). You read it through, change a sentence or two so it sounds like you, and go live. If you’d rather write it all yourself from scratch, that works too.
• What about SEO?+

  We do the basics properly. Every page quietly tells Google what trade you are, where you work and how to get in touch — so when someone searches “electrician near me”, your site shows up with the right details. Pages load fast on phones, which is where most homeowners search. On Pro+ you get a page for each town you cover, so a search like “electrician in Cirencester” has somewhere to land. What we don’t do: pay for dodgy links, promise we can get you to number one, or try to sell you an SEO package on top.
